录用前提

• 以满足出产为主张,凭据公司出产需要制订原资料采购打算；同时凭据客户需要，，制订进口业务件的采购及物流打算。。

Making prematerial purchasing plan object to production demand; Makingtrading parts purchasing and delivery plan according to the customer request.

• 确保原资料、进口业务件实时到厂，，满足公司出产及运营必要；

Make sure pre-material and trading parts delivery in time and meet companydemand.

• 跟踪原料及业务件的运输状态，，并做相应纪录；

Chasing the shipping status of pre-material and trading parts, keepingrecords accordingly.

• 评估及解决所有供给问题；

Evaluate and drive resolution on all material supply issues

• 以最优的运输方式铺排所需原资料，，业务件，，维修备件等实时到厂，，预防超额运费。。实时实现进口资料的报关，，通关工作。。

Using the best transportation option to arrange material, trading parts,spare parts etc arrives in time, avoid premium freight.  Finishing the customs clearance job in time.

• 参加内部与外部成本节俭项目；

Participate in cost and cycle time reduction internally and externally.

• 供给商定期评价及商务交涉；

Suppliers’ evaluations as well as business negotiation etc.

• 由经理分配的其他工作

Other tasks assigned by linemanager.

 

任职要求

• 最低学历要求 Minimum EducationRequirements:

本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above;

• 最低经验要求 Minimum ExperienceRequirements:

3年以上外资企业采购经验

At least 3 years purchasing experience in foreign enterprise;

• 必备技术与特质Essential Skills& Characteristics:

纯熟把握MS Office, 有SAP经验及进出口报关经验者优先

Good command of MS Office, SAP, import & export declaration workingexperience preferable;

• 优良的中英文沟通能力

Good communication skill in Chinese & English;

• 拥有团队心灵

Good Team player

• 客户为导向的意识

Strong customer-orientated sense.

 

薪酬福利
